These terms apply to this storefront and purchases from the seller identified below. “We”, “us” and “our” mean that seller, trading as Ink Hero. Keep a copy of the terms and policies supplied when you order.

Policies that apply to your order

The local shipping and return policies form part of the purchase terms as disclosed before you order. They set the delivery area, charges, free-shipping threshold, cut-off times, estimated delivery, return conditions and warranty remedies. Agreed order-specific promises and mandatory rights take priority. Later website updates do not change an earlier purchase.

Federal and state consumer protections, including applicable implied warranties, remain available. The voluntary fees below do not apply to a remedy required by law. State rules differ; we honor any stronger rights that apply to your purchase. This is a limited commercial warranty, not a full warranty under federal warranty law.

Your mandatory rights take priority. The voluntary conditions below do not limit legal cancellation rights, defect remedies or refund deadlines.

Orders and acceptance

Check the printer model, cartridge reference, quantity and delivery details before ordering. You must have legal capacity to enter the purchase contract and authority to use the payment method or act for the business placing the order. An acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; acceptance is confirmed when we expressly accept or dispatch it, subject to mandatory law. Keep the order confirmation.

We may decline an order before acceptance for unavailable stock, a material pricing error or reasonable evidence of fraud or unauthorized payment. We will explain the issue where lawful and refund payments for orders we cannot fulfil. We will not replace a product or increase an agreed price without your consent. After acceptance, cancellation and remedies follow the contract and applicable law.

Prices and payment

The checkout shows the currency, total price, applicable taxes, shipping and payment deadline before you order. No substitute product, higher price or additional charge is imposed without your agreement.

The options available for your order appear at checkout. Wallets, bank payments and instalments depend on your location, device, order and provider eligibility. Check any financing terms before confirming.

Payments are handled through payment providers using secure connections. Your bank may ask you to verify the transaction, including through 3-D Secure where applicable. Never send a full card number or banking password by email.

Delivery

Use the local shipping policy for delivery areas, rates, free-shipping thresholds, order deadlines and delivery estimates. Any remote-area surcharge or service restriction must be disclosed before you order. We will contact you about a material delay. Agreed delivery commitments and statutory cancellation or refund rights remain available. Where we arrange delivery, we remain responsible until delivery as required by law; tracking alone does not decide a missing-parcel claim.

Using the website

Provide accurate information and keep account credentials private. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, harmful code, harassment or interference with other users. We may take proportionate steps to protect the service. Account restrictions do not remove rights relating to existing orders or prevent written claims.

The website's text, designs and branding belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the site and keep copies needed for your purchases or as permitted by law. Printer manufacturers' names and marks identify compatibility; they do not imply that the manufacturer makes or endorses our compatible cartridges.

Reviews and submitted content

Submit only material you have the right to share. You retain ownership of your content and permit us to display and format a submitted public review for the purpose for which it was supplied, subject to privacy law. We do not claim ownership of private correspondence. We may remove unlawful, fraudulent or abusive content. Honest reviews, lawful criticism and complaints are allowed; these terms do not penalise them.

Responsibility

We are responsible for fulfilling the contract and the duties imposed by applicable law. Nothing excludes or limits mandatory consumer guarantees, liability for fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our additional warranty does not replace statutory remedies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, but service interruptions do not cancel existing purchase rights.

Third-party payment or financing services may have separate terms disclosed by the provider. Those terms do not remove our responsibilities as the seller. If an event beyond reasonable control prevents performance, we will inform you and seek a reasonable solution; mandatory delivery, cancellation and refund rights remain available.

Privacy

Our local privacy policy explains how this storefront and its service providers, including Shopify, handle personal information. Accepting these terms is not consent to optional marketing, cookies or data uses that require separate consent.

Complaints and applicable rights

Contact us with your order details and the remedy you are seeking. We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days and keep you informed if more time is needed. This target does not extend legal deadlines or require you to wait before using a lawful remedy, regulator, dispute body or court.

Mandatory consumer protection in your place of habitual residence applies where the law provides, and you retain access to the courts, tribunals and regulators available by law. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration, exclusive foreign court or waiver of a statutory remedy. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only insofar as lawful.

Return Policy

Contact us within 90 days of delivery and send the goods back within 14 days of our return instructions. Our additional voluntary offer covers unused, unopened cartridges in undamaged, resalable packaging. Opened cartridges are not normally eligible for a change-of-mind return; staff may make an exception. This restriction does not apply to statutory rights, defects or our compatibility mistakes.

Eligible voluntary returns have a 20% restocking fee on the price actually paid for the returned items after discounts, excluding separately charged tax. You pay return postage. Original delivery charges are not refunded under this voluntary offer. These fees apply only outside any applicable statutory cancellation or defect remedy.

If your order received free delivery and a voluntary return leaves retained goods below $49, we also deduct the standard outbound charge of $7, once per order. This includes returning the whole order. No deduction applies if the retained goods still meet the threshold. We never deduct outbound postage twice or add an undisclosed remote-area surcharge.

We explain deductions before you send a voluntary return. A return label is deducted only at the quoted cost you accept; postage you pay yourself is not deducted again. Total deductions cannot exceed the refund, and we never charge your card separately without consent. Taxes are adjusted as required. Unlawful or undisclosed fees are waived.

Wrong cartridge recommended by us? We will put it right.

If our compatibility database, product listing or staff advice incorrectly matched a cartridge to your printer, choose a correct replacement or a full refund for the affected items, even if opened. We cover necessary return and replacement shipping, with no restocking fee, age deduction or free-shipping clawback. Share your printer model and order details so we can check and correct the information. The same cost-free approach applies if we sent the wrong item. If our mistake means you return the whole order, we also refund the original delivery charge.

Three-year limited warranty

For cartridges bought from us, report a covered fault within three years of delivery. We provide a suitable replacement at no cost, subject to any legal right to choose another remedy. Keep the cartridge for assessment; original packaging is not required for a defect claim. We arrange a prepaid return or reimburse reasonable return costs for a confirmed fault.

We first assess your legal rights and any earlier promises. Only when this additional limited warranty is the sole basis for a remedy, and a suitable replacement is unavailable, a refund after the first 90 days is calculated as the price paid for the affected cartridge × (36 minus completed months since delivery) ÷ 36. For example, a claim at 18 months gives 50%. Claims made within 90 days receive a full refund if we cannot replace. We use the date you report the fault, not our processing date. Taxes are adjusted as required. No restocking or shipping deduction applies. This formula never reduces a legally required refund or compensation.

Normal depletion of ink or toner, or damage caused by misuse, is not a manufacturing fault. Remaining contents may help assess a claim, but no fixed minimum ink percentage automatically removes legal rights. Three years is a warranty period, not a promise that ink will last that long.

Respect for our team

Our team will treat you respectfully, and we ask the same in return. Staff may waive voluntary fees or make reasonable exceptions after reviewing the circumstances. Abusive or threatening conversations may be paused or continued in writing. This never removes legal rights or changes the date your claim was received.

We take our staff’s emotional wellbeing seriously. Threats, profanity directed at staff, degrading remarks and other verbal abuse are not tolerated. We reserve the right to suspend abusive conversations or account access for future orders. You can still contact us in writing about existing orders, refunds and legal claims. A firm complaint or disagreement, expressed respectfully, is not abuse.
